Hello Greenbean, There is a great book on relationships The title is 'The Vortex" it will open your eyes...it did mine. You must still be feeling very raw from that kind of rejection, and its hard to love yourself right away. However at least you have more self respect than someone that puts up with a bad situation just to stay in a bad relationship. You are a very strong and attractive women...and now you are free and single to choose someone that has the same values as you. And it doesn't matter if he's young or older. You can never change someone like that, be glad hes gone to make way for someone that appreciates who you really are, and then allow yourself to appreciate who he really is. and ask yourself what you really want, and as long as that choice is not beyond your own practical belief, You can have it all. I have seen this happen again and again. Enjoy being single and free for a little while until you can properly understand yourself enough to make that decision. Feel joy in the antisipation. It can all happen in a blink of an eye, when you start feeling good. Bettyann

Happy New Year~ 2010 Greenbean~ I believe that we teach people how to treat us ! We need to respect ourselves and other people.. to be respected & treated properly. I believe that most people do not take enough time to get to know themselves really.. before entering into a relationship with a potential significient other ! For sure a person is much happier alone that to be in a bad/dis-respectful relationship.
